Listings, guides, calculators and the AI assistant's answers on this site are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer, legal advice or tax advice. Binding terms are only those set out in a written contract signed by the parties.

The binding price of a listing is the price stated in Turkish lira (TRY). Foreign-currency equivalents are calculated at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey rate on the stated date and are for information only.

Prices may change at the owner's request; changes are shown with their dates in the price history on the listing page.

Listings are published after the owner's authorisation and verification through the Electronic Listing Verification System (EİDS); the verification details appear on the listing page. Listings are removed when the authorisation expires or the property is sold.

Details such as floor area, floor and year of construction come from the owner and our on-site inspection; the title deed and official documents prevail. We recommend checking the details against the documents before you buy.

Each listing shows, where available, the information that the Turkish Regulation on Real Estate Trading (Taşınmaz Ticareti Hakkında Yönetmelik) requires in listings.

Images edited or virtually furnished with AI, and sample listings, are clearly labelled.
